Mike Norvell and Adam Fuller attacked this recruitment with no abandon. The Seminoles made it very clear the All-ACC cornerback was a top target for the staff, and to make a championship run.

The Visit That Won Deuce CypressII

We have been reporting on Fentrell Cypress II since he entered the portal. The UVA Cornerback is considered by many to be the number one portal player available overall and is no doubt the best corner. I tend to agree as he is indeed a plug and play shutdown corner. He immediately locks down one side of field for whatever team he goes with. Norvell and staff are pushed Ohio State and Colorado here as of late for the South Carolina native’s signature and prevailed. Deuce changes that defensive back room immediately as this is a championship level roster Norvell and company are building. Multiple reports including Brendan Sonnone on the X’s and Nole’s Live podcast confirmed that in fact when Deuce was in Tallahassee for his official visit it was the only one he took that week despite earlier plans and tons of interested parties. I believe that weekend the with staff locking him in for a full official sealed the deal for the ‘Noles. The Renegade Report dropped a crystal trophy prediction with a confidence of 60% and you gotta love this new one….
