This is a bit of a surprise but a really big addition to the growing list of The Battle’s End retainments over 25 now.
Health is a giant part of making a championship run and having a legitimate & competent back-up quarterback is a major piece of helping keep your starter healthy for the twelve game regular season grind and beyond.

Given the schedule FSU play’s and the level of talent returning I expect Rodemaker to play a whole lot in the second half of games as this staff will likely have JT13 in a ball cap as soon as possible.
All of this add’s up to giving Tate Rodemaker the inside track for the starting job in 2024 after being the very first player to commit to Mike Norvell way back at the end of 2019.
