Casey Roddick Drama
Roddick had previously wiped all the FSU swag from his social media. Not a simple profile picture, I mean everything. Rumors immediately swirled around and according to some it was over and he was headed back to Colorado in a mixture of Mims and Travis Hunter debacles.
Luckily there hasn’t been any change in his status as far as I know he is still a Nole.

John Campbell Jr.
Canpbell started at left tackle for the Canes in 2022. Norvell and company got on him at light speed and immediately had him on a plane to Tallahassee whe he entered the portal.
Following his official I put in a crystal trophy prediction for him to commit FSU at 70%. He hasn’t comitted and even more distressing is him reportedly visiting UF during this visit window and they are also in his shocking, first of a kind, transfsr top four. Like always we will keep you up to date on his recruitment daily!

Azarye’h Thomas

I'm not gonna play this one politically at all, AZ is simply my favorite player on the defense in his class and probably overall. I absolutely love his frame, style of play and most of all his mentality. 2023 figures to be a major year for Thomas.
After being carefully eased into the rotation this year, as opposed to Duke Cooper who in turn had a bigtime sophomore slump, I believe he is ready to compete for one of the two available outside corner spots. That is saying a ton with the guys expected to compete at that position including Fentrell Deuce CypressII the ACC’s 1st team all conference corner.
Akeem Dent

Akeem Dent’s decison to return was not a major point of emphasis nor a concern within the fanbase, but in my opinion was a pretty big retainment for the secondary. Just days after Jammie Robinson announced his intentions to pursue a career in the NFL we got the good news.
Dent was a highly rated recruit way back in the Class of 2019 and the top recruit in Tribe19. The six foot one & two hundred pound safety from Pahokee, Florida will be a fifth year red-shirt senior without any remaining eligibility. Dent has played all four years .
AJ Duffy

We saw very little of Duffy in year one as expected as he adjusts to the speed of the game and just being a college student in general. I like the progression I saw through limited snaps and I can’t wait for spring ball.
If Duffy really has learned the offense to a point he can push Rodemaker the quarterback room could lose Norvell’s first ever commitment. Tate has yet to announce anything but I see all three staying at least until this time next year. 2024 hopefully ends up having an amazing battle for the starting job in spring camp.
Mycah Pittman

Bang! The Cheeziest member of the ‘Noles wide receiving core announce’s his contract with The Battle’s End collective! Mycah Pittman made his value clear despite not blowing anyone away with his stat line and is a perfect fit in Norvell’s offense and locker room.
The guy is just a natural born star and come’s from a family full of them like his brother Micheal who is an NFL wide reciever for the Dallas Cowboys. His blocking and sure hands were something sorely lacking in Norvell’s first two years and I expect a breakout year for him.
